I love creating fresh and colourful 3D anatomical models and am happiest when illustrating (and reading about bizarre medical conditions on Wikipedia). Please give me more illustrations to work on by commissioning me! Send an email to Liz@sandler.me.uk and I'll get back to you soon.
The first half of my 20s were split equally between Ophthalmic Photography and 3D Illustration. I worked at Moorfields Eye Hospital during the day and illustrated by night. Not much time for a social life, but I did manage to go climbing each week and squeeze in Friday drinks in the pub conveniently opposite the hospital. Aged 25 I went to Australia and landed some interesting jobs. The first one was looking after kids (the sort with hooves and fur), I bottle fed them and we played follow-the-leader and headbutt-the-pom. Several farms and many nibbled shirts later, I ended up on the Gold Coast editing videos for a health and fitness company. Getting engrossed in some digital artwork again was immensely satisfying. Although I hadn't really planned it, almost all of my work has been for the healthcare industry. Take a look at my illustrations and if you are interested in working with me, please get in touch. I would also love to hear from anyone in the medical profession wishing to collaborate. My email address is Liz@sandler.me.uk Thank you to my close friend Jamie Carruthers for building this website.
